The Harbor Place by Meyer Real Estate is located within four miles from the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, 29 miles from the Dauphin Island Sea Lab, six miles from the Gulf Shore Golf Club, and four miles from the Waterville USA. One can spend its vacation golfing, fishing, shopping or visiting important places in history, you can do it all in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. The resort feature non-smoking rooms, elevators, on-site parking, swimming pool, TVs, DVD players, and fully equipped kitchens. All units are non-smoking except on the balcony if applicable. There is a man made white sands area on the lagoon side that is perfect for children. Each of our lovely condos offers the amenities of home, but without the work. All condos feature TVs, DVD players, cable, and fully equipped kitchens complete with refrigerator and microwave. Please note that boats, trailers, jet skis, or motor homes are not allowed on property. There will also be a cleaning fee charged upon booking. Pets are not allowed. Please note that if necessary, a smoke removal fee may be charged to the guest.
